New in Activ8 POS: Smarter Customer Insights, Transfer Notes & More
We’re excited to roll out a fresh update to Activ8 POS, designed to make your daily operations faster, clearer, and more connected. Here’s what’s new in version 195:

Inventory Transfer Notes
You can now add notes when performing inventory transfers directly in the POS. This gives your team added visibility and clarity around each movement. -
Customer Search Enhancements
When you search for a customer, you’ll now see both their pickup count and tasting room visit count for the current month. These are displayed as clickable buttons with helpful tooltips. -
Improved Customer Selection Workflow
Whether you’re starting a new order or selecting an existing customer, all related buttons are now clickable and include tooltips to guide you through the process. -
Pending Order Search
Quickly find pending orders with the new search functionality. This feature was introduced last month and is now fully integrated into the customer experience. -
Bug Fixes & User Interface Improvements
As always, this release includes various bug fixes and UI refinements to keep everything running smoothly.
