Activ8 Cloud Updates:

Enhanced Job Management Interface: Enjoy a new interface for updating scheduled jobs, enhancing management capabilities.
Enhanced Data Management: Now, delete credit card data when needed for improved data security.
Improved Shipping and Handling Sheets: Added ship type and ship via options for better shipping management.
SKU Generation: Generate SKU numbers directly in Cloud, mirroring Manager functionality for seamless SKU management.
Chrome for iPad users enhancement: Chrome now displays the keyboard on your iPad upon login for password data entry.
Enhanced Marketing Drawer: It now features two sheets, one of them includes the “Member Since” date, enhancing data availability for marketing purposes.

UPS Integration Enhanced: Enjoy improved UPS integration for smoother shipping processes.
Enhanced Ship Compliant Check: Ship Compliant Check now functions seamlessly, even if shipping name and address are missing for Pickup transactions.
Introducing Clearent Payment Processing Integration: Seamlessly integrate Clearent Gateway for smoother payment processing.(not available on Activ8 iOS POS)
Enhanced Security Measures: Removing the credit card number from customer or vendor records now automatically deletes the token at the gateway, enhancing data security.
CRV Calculation Accuracy: Enjoy accurate CRV calculations for transaction selections made from case and pallet locations.

Activ8 Manager (Desktop) Updates:

Improved User Guidance: Receive clear notifications in the job log if a card declines due to duplication, advising users to retry after 5 minutes.
Streamlined Invoicing: Wholesale requirements for emailing invoices have been removed for smoother operations.
Flexible Sales Receipts: Removed the necessity to ship a transaction before sending a sales receipt, providing greater flexibility.
Effortless Mailgun Integration: Seamlessly integrate Mailgun for efficient communication processes.

Activ8 POS Enhancements:

Enhanced Data Privacy: Customer card data is no longer saved on automatically created customer records at checkout, ensuring enhanced data security.
Streamlined Shipping Refunds: Cloud POS users will now receive a prompt to void shipping labels when refunding shipping charges, enhancing efficiency.
Efficient Customer Record Management: Birth month is automatically inserted into customer records when provided during customer creation at POS.
Enhanced Access Control: As on Activ8 POS, only managers can now view the dashboard on iOS POS, ensuring secure access and proper management.
Improved Discount Management: Correct payment amounts are now reflected when adding discounts or promos during wholesale orders at checkout.
Inventory Adjustment: Voiding a swap now correctly adjusts inventory stock numbers for accurate inventory management.

Activ8 eCommerce Updates:

Enhanced Online Registration: Customer registrations made online are now uploaded to Tock seamlessly.
