UPS Critical Update

Action required on April 30th. We will release global updates for UPS new requirement for all users to connect their Activ8 Commerce and UPS accounts through the cloud. Failure to do so will result in the inability to print UPS labels. Activ8 Cloud login screen now allows you to display your password for added convenience.

To ensure uninterrupted access to UPS label printing, please follow these steps:

  1. On or after April 30th, sign in to your Activ8 Cloud interface.
  2. Navigate to the Admin drawer, then the system settings folder.
  3. Click “Give Activ8 Commerce access to my UPS account.”
  4. You will be prompted to enter your UPS username and password.
Only complete this process on or after April 30th to avoid any disruptions in your shipping operations.
