Activ8 Commerce and Tock Reservations
Activ8 Commerce Tock Integration… READ MORE.We are excited to announce an upcoming integration with Tock’s Reservation System. Initially, we can automatically upload customers from Activ8 to your Tock account. However, our integration will soon offer more functionalities. You will be able to view your Tock reservations directly in the Activ8 Point of Sale, allowing you to accept payments for unpaid reservations and manage upcoming reservations, helping you better prepare for staffing needs.

- Restricted customer passwords to a maximum of 20 characters.
- Improved messaging for customers who exceed the maximum quantity in their selection cart. The message now accurately informs them that they have exceeded the maximum quantity and their selections have been adjusted. They will no longer see a message indicating their shopping cart was modified.
Desktop Version 2023.10.859 – Bug Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where attempting to access a customer’s transaction history would occasionally display an empty list of transactions.
- Fixed an issue preventing users from saving cash drawer changes when the Open Dollars or Open Quarters were set to 0.
- Corrected an issue in inventory transactions that inaccurately updated the cost when increasing the quantity.
- Introduced additional settings in the POS Configuration, which will be available in the upcoming POS release. These settings include the option to require a user to enter their PIN before adding new customers, ensuring the correct employee receives credit for customer additions without needing to log out and back in with their PIN. Additionally, Manager PINs can now be required before employees can charge cards on file for payments.
- These updates aim to enhance your overall customer experience and streamline your operations.
